Course Overview

The purpose of the General Nursing Programme is to prepare a general nurse who will function as a member of the health team beginning with competencies for the first level position in both the hospital and community.

AThe program is geared to the health needs of the country, the community and the individual; and it will serve as a basis for advanced study and specialization in nursing; it will assist nurses in their personal and professional development enabling them to make their maximum contribution to the society as individual citizens and nurses

Admissions are available for both Girls & Boys
Hostel facilities are available for Girls & Boys
Must have completed 17 years of age by 31st December of the year of admission
Program Duration

3 years course that includes a mandatory 6 month internship

Eligibility Criteria

Pass in 10th & 12th or equivalent with 40% in any discipline
